Steel Braided Oil Line

This steel braided oil line is specially designed for vacuum equipment applications. Our factory is located in Jiangyin, and we have been manufacturing these hoses for twelve years. We operate a 3,000-square-meter facility with 24 skilled technicians. Our equipment includes two bellows forming machines and more than twenty processing units. Our monthly production capacity reaches 4,000 pieces. We are ISO 9001 certified and comply with the GB/T 14525 standard. Third-party inspections are welcome.

The core component of this steel braided oil line is a 304 or 316L stainless steel bellows. The connection uses a vacuum clamp fitting for quick installation.

The clamp connection is a key feature of this product. It eliminates the need for welding and significantly reduces installation time on site. It is also quick to disassemble, making daily maintenance and inspection more convenient.

This steel braided oil line provides excellent sealing performance and helps prevent air leakage. It is suitable for vacuum and negative pressure applications, while also supporting normal pressure conditions. The hose is lightweight and flexible, allowing it to absorb equipment vibration and compensate for pipeline movement.

We use wooden crates for export packaging. Vacuum coating equipment uses this steel braided oil line for chamber evacuation. The clamp connection makes cleaning and maintenance more efficient.

Research laboratories use this hose in vacuum systems because it allows piping adjustments without welding. Semiconductor manufacturing facilities use it for vacuum pipelines where stable pressure control is essential.

For high-vacuum applications (≤1.0×10⁻³ Pa), we recommend 316L stainless steel with an internally polished surface. For applications requiring frequent disassembly, the clamp connection is the preferred option. For normal pressure or low-vacuum applications, 304 stainless steel is sufficient.
