PTFE Lined Metal Hose

This PTFE-lined metal hose combines the strength of metal with the chemical resistance and purity of PTFE. We have been manufacturing these hoses for twelve years in our 3,000-square-meter factory. Our team of 24 employees includes specialists dedicated to PTFE lining production. We operate more than twenty metal processing machines, with a monthly production capacity of 4,000 pieces. We are ISO 9001 certified and comply with the GB/T 14525 standard. Third-party inspections are welcome.

The design is simple: a stainless steel corrugated hose is lined internally with a layer of PTFE. This structure combines the mechanical strength of metal with the corrosion resistance and cleanliness of PTFE.

The outer metal layer provides the strength needed to withstand vibration and pressure, while the inner PTFE liner provides excellent corrosion resistance. This design helps keep the media clean and prevents contamination. This PTFE-lined metal hose is resistant to strong acids, alkalis, and organic solvents. It provides reliable sealing performance while absorbing vibration and compensating for thermal expansion.

For export orders, we use wooden crates for packaging. The fine chemical industry uses this hose for acid and alkali solutions. The pharmaceutical industry uses it for high-purity media applications. The smooth PTFE surface reduces particle retention and helps meet GMP requirements. The semiconductor industry also uses it for corrosive gas pipelines.

One important point should be considered: the maximum operating temperature of this PTFE-lined metal hose is limited by the PTFE liner rather than the metal outer layer. Its operating temperature range is -80℃ to +260℃. Although the outer metal shell can withstand temperatures up to 450℃, the PTFE liner cannot. For applications above 260℃, a pure metal hose should be selected.
