This flexible stainless steel braided hose is designed for large-diameter piping systems above DN100. Our factory in Jiangyin has been manufacturing hoses for twelve years. Our 24 workers operate two bellows forming machines and more than twenty processing units, with a monthly production capacity of 4,000 pieces. The main body of this large-diameter hose uses high-strength steel strip reinforcement, with a PTFE anti-corrosion layer added on the outside for enhanced protection.

The steel strip reinforcement provides excellent strength while maintaining flexibility. This allows the hose to be bent during installation to fit complex piping layouts. This flexible stainless steel braided hose helps improve installation efficiency. For fixed large-scale equipment, flange connections are recommended. For applications requiring frequent disassembly, quick couplings are a better choice.

Our export packaging uses wooden crates or pallets to ensure safe transportation by sea. In chemical plants, the steel reinforcement withstands pressure while the PTFE layer protects against external corrosion. Power plant circulating water systems use this hose to address thermal displacement and reduce pipe stress. Mining slurry pipelines benefit from its wear resistance, which is two to three times higher than that of conventional rubber hoses.

When selecting this flexible stainless steel braided hose, consider the operating media and application conditions. For strong acids and alkalis, choose the version with a PTFE anti-corrosion layer. For pipelines requiring frequent cleaning or maintenance, quick couplings are recommended. For large-diameter, long-distance fixed pipelines, flange connections provide the most stable solution.
