Universal Expansion Joint

This universal expansion joint is an important component in piping systems. It is also known as a bellows compensator. Our factory has been manufacturing these products for twelve years. We operate a 3,000-square-meter facility in Jiangyin. Our 24 workers operate two bellows forming machines and more than twenty metal processing machines. Our monthly production capacity is 4,000 pieces.

The structure is strong and stable, with reliable sealing performance. It offers resistance to high and low temperatures, corrosion resistance, and a long service life. Export products are packed in wooden crates.

In thermal power pipelines, this universal expansion joint absorbs axial thermal expansion on long straight pipe sections, helping protect fixed supports and connected equipment. In chemical plant piping systems, it compensates for multi-directional movement and reduces pipeline stress. Power plants also use it in flue gas systems, where it withstands high temperatures and absorbs thermal deformation.

Based on our experience, a standard universal expansion joint is suitable when the main requirement is axial displacement compensation. For applications requiring simultaneous absorption of axial, lateral, and angular movements, we recommend double or hinged expansion joints.

If the medium contains particles or dust, we recommend adding an internal flow sleeve to protect the bellows from wear.
