This nylon composite pipe is manufactured by combining multiple layers of different materials. It integrates the advantages of two or more materials while overcoming the limitations of single-material pipes. Our factory has been producing composite pipes for twelve years. Located in the Jiangyin Huashi Industrial Park, our 3,000-square-meter facility is operated by 24 skilled technicians. All team members are experienced in composite pipe manufacturing processes. For selection, we recommend PTFE-lined composite pipes for strong acids, alkalis, and highly corrosive media. PE-lined composite pipes are suitable for general corrosion-resistant applications. Rubber-plastic-lined composite pipes are recommended for environments requiring higher wear resistance.

For vacuum applications, please confirm the bonding strength between layers and the negative pressure resistance of the composite structure.
