This high-pressure rubber hose is a flexible fluid delivery hose designed for high-pressure applications. It features a high-quality rubber inner tube, reinforced with multiple layers of steel wire braid or spiral reinforcement.

Oil drilling applications use this high-pressure rubber hose for mud delivery, where high pressure and wear resistance are required.

For product selection, we recommend single-layer steel wire braid reinforcement for pressures up to 20 MPa. Double-layer steel wire braid reinforcement is suitable for pressures between 20 and 40 MPa. For pressures above 40 MPa, steel wire spiral reinforcement is recommended because it provides better resistance to high-pressure pulses.

If the medium contains solid particles, choose a version with a thicker wear-resistant rubber inner tube.
