Teflon Hydraulic Hose

This PTFE hydraulic hose features a PTFE inner liner and a stainless steel wire braided outer reinforcement layer. The PTFE liner provides excellent corrosion resistance, while the stainless steel braid provides high-pressure strength. This combination delivers both chemical resistance and mechanical durability in one hose.

We have been manufacturing these hoses for twelve years. Our factory is located in Jiangyin Huashi Industrial Park. Our 3,000-square-meter facility employs 24 technicians experienced in PTFE hydraulic hose production.

We operate a dedicated PTFE production line and use more than twenty metal processing machines. Our monthly production capacity is 4,000 pieces. We are ISO 9001 certified and comply with the GB/T 14525 standard. Third-party inspections are welcome.

For selection, we recommend a single-layer stainless steel braid for standard hydraulic systems up to 16 MPa. A double-layer stainless steel braid is recommended for high-pressure systems from 16 to 25 MPa.

For ultra-high-purity applications, choose a high-purity PTFE inner liner to minimize extractable substances.
